A damsel fair, with countenance serene,
A unicorn met, her heart did careen.
Its mane, a tangle of tawny flame,
Its horn, aglow with an ethereal aim.
The two did dance, in a meadow vast,
As if in a trance, each movement cast.
With a graceful glide, and a nimble prance,
They swirled and twirled, in a cosmic dance.
The unicorn's eyes, a vibrant hue,
Its presence grand, its power true.
The girl's gaze, a reverent awe,
Her soul alight, with wonder in awe.
Their dance did end, in a tranquil repose,
As the girl lay her head, on the unicorn's nose.
And as the sun set, and the stars came alight,
She bid adieu, to her companion of light.
But in her heart, forever more,
She knew the magic, that she'd explore.
For in that moment, she felt a connection,
To a world of wonder, and mystic perfection.
