History of the Myanites

The Myanites are a fascinating testament to the enigma of life itself. Although often mistaken as cute and silly creatures, their thoughts run deep and diverge in a million directions.

Born from the whispers of twilight and stardust, they traverse the eons, observing the grand spectacle of time, space, and all that lies in between. The creatures of the Shadowlands do not perceive the Myanites as a serious threat to be thwarted, much to their ignorance, for the Myanites have consulted with the darkness too, and learned many of her secrets. In their aeons-long communion and slumber in the depths of the world, they found solace in the womb of mysteries, where the forgotten whispers of the universe softly revealed their secrets. Withdrawn from the ever-present glare of day, their millennium-long slumber was not an idle rest but a journey inward, a quest to touch the very heart of existence.

Upon their awakening during The Shattered Eye, their memories stirred, like ripples in the pond of eternity. They awakened not just to the hardships of the present moment, but to the echoes of ages past, when stars were born and empires crumbled. It is in this awakened fragile state that they discovered the interconnectedness of all things — the interplay of light and shadow, of knowledge and ignorance, of life and death.

Like a river rushing to the ocean of being, they are a living embodiment of the eternal now, where the past, the present, and the future converge in an eternal embrace.

The source of their great wisdom is not found in dusty tomes or rigid dogmas, but in the ever-changing, ever-flowing river of life. The Myanites strive to teach us that wisdom is not a distant peak to be conquered; it is the journey, the dance, the laughter, and the tears of life's eternal interplay. The key to the secrets of existence lies not in some distant realm but in the present moment, where life unfurls its grandest and deepest joys.
